Beautifully themed lobby and spacious cottages made for a great stay. Staff service was inconsistent, and communication could improve. Enjoyed the live music by the pool. Rented bikes, which was a nice touch for exploring the area. Food prices were a bit high for the quality. Could use better attention to room cleaning.

The pool area is fantastic, really lovely vibes with a beach-like entry. We enjoyed the live music and activities. Check-in took way too long and our room had some maintenance issues. Would be nice to have better communication from staff about amenities.

We hopped on the trolley to the promenade and hit up the water park for some sick rides. The Zumba class in the pool was a vibe, with epic views of the theme parks. The team, building event was top, notch, and Island H2O Live had us living our best lives with 20 rad attractions!
Wish there were more late, night party options for us night owls! .

The pool was a blast, and the kids had so much fun splashing around! We absolutely loved the spacious cottage with a comfy king-size bed. The nearby restaurants had delicious food, making our stay even more enjoyable!

The check-in was a nightmare; the staff was rude, and communication was non-existent. We dealt with constant interruptions for repairs that never happened. It felt like we were more of a bother than guests, which made the whole stay frustrating.

The hotel is conveniently positioned close to the promenade and within walking distance to numerous restaurants and shops, such as Bahama Buck's and El Jefe Tequilas, making it an ideal spot for weekend strolls and dining adventures, while also being just a short drive to the major amusement parks, including Avatar Flight of Passage and Na'vi River Journey, ensuring that there’s always something fun to explore; the property itself is clean and features a lovely atmosphere, but there were moments when it felt a bit too crowded with the activities happening around.

On the downside, the dusty laundry room and lack of service at the pool were disappointing. The little food shop was a lifesaver. Pool hours felt restrictive; an early morning swim would enhance the experience. Room cleanliness varied. We faced maintenance issues that were addressed slowly. Our towels? Never received, despite multiple requests. Staff was friendly but lacked proactive communication. The ambiance was lovely, but the execution needs refinement. Still, I’m eager for a return trip. There’s potential, just ensure every detail is managed.

Our family enjoyed the convenient trolley service to the Promenade at Sunset Walk and island-themed water park with vibrant slides. The Zumba class by the pool kept everyone entertained, and the plush amenities in the room provided a cozy retreat after a fun-filled day.
My wife says that the resort should offer more childcare services.

Great self parking and easy shuttle service to attractions. Staff was super friendly and we even got a welcome drink on arrival.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, perfect for our xmas vacation. The location was fantastic for visiting nearby attractions like Disney and Seaworld. The pool and hot tub were a great addition, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring.
Customer service was lacking, with promises of tours and late check-out not fulfilled. The amenities fell short for the price paid, lacking a water park or lazy river typical in other resorts.

The hot tub outside was a nice touch, and being dog-friendly was a huge bonus for us. The ticket concierge was helpful in setting up our park tickets on our phones, making it super convenient. We also appreciated the proximity to great restaurants nearby. On the downside, we did encounter a few issues. The TP in the cottage was not the greatest quality, feeling more like sandpaper than anything else. It would have been nice to have more spare towels and toiletries provided, especially considering how busy we were at Disney all day. The lack of spare towels made it a bit challenging to keep up with cleanliness without having to pay extra for a cleaning service. the middle floor of the cottage was uncomfortably warm, with the AC seemingly not reaching that level well. It would have been helpful to have ceiling fans or better cooling options in the bedrooms on that floor. The kids' pool area being closed was disappointing, especially since we chose the hotel for its pools.

The hotel had nice pools and a hot tub, which were great for relaxing. The themed decorations added a fun touch to the stay. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was equipped with tablets for easy service requests. Being close to dining and entertainment options added convenience, and the shuttle to the nearby theme park was a plus.
The beds could have been more comfortable and could use extra blankets. The hotel went through some wear and tear, especially noticeable in the cabanas.

Stepping into an island fantasy with tiki statues and a bamboo bar was amusing. The room was lovely, and the pool area well maintained.

margaritaville resort was awesome! loved the nearby center, movie theater, restaurants, and entertainment. walking distance to everything, which was a major win. the market is very convenient to grab something quick for breakfast and etc. the room was awesome! loved the view from my balcony. the staff were all upbeat, acknowledged me and made me feel very welcome. the pool was so much fun! the music was fun to listen to, and the guys who brought the rum runners to me were very attentive and friendly. beautiful resort with plenty of entertainment options nearby.

the resort is incredibly clean and well kept, and the location is perfect for walking to the h2o water park. we got some amazing insights from the staff, and danny - the bartender - was super friendly and made fantastic drinks!

My husband and I stayed for just 2 nights. We wanted to get away and relax for a few days. Well, we didn't want to leave. A complimentary cocktail upon check-in started our stay off right! Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The grounds and lobby are beautiful and very welcoming. Our valets, bartenders, and servers were all friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this hotel.
